Shipping & Refunds
Delivery and shipping:
1. We will ship the goods within 5 days after getting your payments. If you want to cancel or change the order, please tell me within 24 hours after you finish the payment. So we both can make the best of the bad bargain.
2. We will ship the goods that you order from us by EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT, or FEDEX. We will decide to choose which courier depends on Different countries. To find the best way to deliver the goods for you.
3. As usual, you can get the goods within 4-7days. If the goods were lost or not received for other reasons, please contact me immediately.
4. We don’t take responsibility for any taxes or customs fees. International Buyers please note:
a. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
b. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
Notice For Buyer:
All the buyers need to Provide a real and effective address and telephone number. The clearance delay, cargo loss, and other consequences caused by the buyer’s contact info error, the buyer had to bear all the consequences. We don’t refund if the shipping delay caused by the buyer. We don’t refund if the buyer’s location out of the way in their country. Better ask friends who live in the main city to help you receive your items. please confirm your email address can receive a message, we will contact you when the goods coming to the destination place. and please confirm that you can receive the products asap when it is available for you.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 14 days of the date of shipment. We will exchange items or give you a refund for the full amount of your order. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR:
Product is returned incomplete or defaced or Bad quality for you didn’t keep in good condition
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: If your shipment arrives damaged: You must note the damage on the carrier’s delivery record in accordance with the carrier’s policy, save the merchandise in the original box and packing it arrived in, and notify DNP shop immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS:
Please contact DNP shop within 14 days of shipment for a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning your product to DNP shop. No returns of any type will be accepted without a RA number. For faster service, please have the following information on hand when calling for an RA number: customer name, order number, and the reason for the return. Once an item arrives at DNP shop, we will immediately send a replacement or issue a refund. Returns must be made within 15 days of Return Authorization being provided. Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping charges on returned products are the responsibility of the customer. DNP shop will match the shipping method and pay for shipping charges on replacement or exchange products. We strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage.
